Mr. Jackson has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of business related disputes since 1989, with clients ranging from small business and individual clients to large corporations, and in lawsuits ranging from routine business matters to large class actions and complex commercial disputes in state, federal, and arbitration forums throughout the country. Mr. Jackson has tried numerous arbitration, bench and jury trial matters to verdict, and argued appeals in the federal and state appellate courts. He serves on several community boards, is a frequent speaker on commercial litigation and class action topics, and has served on the faculty of the Arizona Trial College.
Mr. Jackson received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1988, where he served an Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review and member of the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Mr. Jackson served as a law clerk for a federal judge in Chicago, and then practiced for several years at a large Chicago law firm before returning to Arizona, where he has practiced since 1992. Mr. Jackson is licensed in Arizona, Illinois, and Nevada, and maintains an AV Martindale Hubble® Peer-Review Rating.
